I keep coming back cause I have a good online experience. Only negative...I was not able to order on Saturday and I just wanted to get it over with...I wish there was not online hours for saturday ...as a result I was looking at other sites..but did comeback...cause I trust your service more. |

I had originally placed an order on 2/16/2012 for the exact camera, but white. For three months I was told that this camera was not available. After thr4ee months of waiting and frustration, I canceled the order. Needless to say, when I viewed the website this morning I noticed that the black camera was in stock. My frustration is that the staff showed no concern at all and canceled the order with no concern and a “canned” apology. I feel that they should have been aware that another color of the camera was available and should have offered the switch. Bottom line I am receiving the camera that I originally wanted and from the same retailer. However, “word of mouth” from myself will not be all that favorable to B&H Customer service. |

The only issue I have is in the pro-camera department and somethimes the names of items are very similar and non-descript. For example, the item I am ordering is 7" High-resolution Field Monitor. To look at the manufactures website, you have to find the manufactures number at the bottom of the listing. |
