Site operates very professionally. Customer service was timely and very helpful. Had to return one disc because it was warped. They immediately provided postage-pd return label and will replace the item. I would order from them again! |

The camera and accessories as ordered all arrived on the day promised. The items were well packed. We are delighted with the camera. It looks great and when we have learned to use all the features we are expecting some exceptional pictures |

I have used B&H several times over the past years and always got an excellent service. The main reasons for choosing B&H as my main source for online shopping, even opposite to cheaper offers from other merchants, is their reputation as trusted seller, their outstanding inventory and professional service, including a very user-friendly web site. |

Only one issue, and not a big one. I was redirected to B&H from PriceGrabber with a "Free Shipping" label. Was ultimately charged for shipping, and could not find a way to make shipping free. I don't really mind the extra charge, but it was annoying. Overall, though, B&H is an excellent vendor. |
