I love my pump!

I struggled with production so I looked around for a good pump to help and that's when I found the lactation consultant at Add A Little Love on the web... she was a Godsend! She helped me pick not only the best pump for me, but she also answered my breastfeeding questions. I got all of my replacement parts from that place too (they have tubing and everything). Be sure to get your pump from someone like this because they saved me from stopping breastfeeding. The warranty on this pump is great too.

Posted Nov 12, 2006 - Since I have never used other brands, I am not sure if this is better than other breast pumps on the market, but this was highly recommended by my friends. After doing some intense research on the web, I decided to go with this breast pump because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and I'd say this is a must have for all the new moms out there. It is so easy to use. The package comes with everything I need and I can pump anywhere. On the plus side, my husband can help feed the baby at night sometimes. Money well spent!

Very Pleased

Posted Nov 30, 2006 - I love the Medela Advanced Pump in Style Breast Pump. It is easy to use and easy to assemble. Instructions are straight forward and easy to read. It is comfortable, however, it is difficult to maneuver double pumps using both hands and operate machine at the same time. You almost need someone else there to help.

Medela Pump in Style Advanced - Best purchase for new mom

Posted Aug 31, 2006 - I had to pump the right side for physical reasons while my baby nursed off the left side. It made breastfeeding go much better. I would recommend this pump for anyone who desires to breastfeed their baby. Other products I've tried were much harder to use and were frustrating. This product was a God send.

Great pump for full-time working Moms

Posted Feb 20, 2006 - I used the original Pump In Style for my first two children and purchased this "advanced" model because we are planning child #3 and I want a pump at home and for the office. Both of these pumps are powerful and dependable. I used the original for a full two years, five days a week and have never had a problem. These pumps are completely sanitary; I have never had to clean the tubing and claims that children can get sick if the tubing is not cleaned constantly are absolutely false (my kids have only had well child visits during my pumping days!). I tried cheaper pumps and they do not have the power to even pump out a quarter of the milk that a Medela can do. This pump is a great investment that will serve you well for all of your kids!

This is one of the best thing I got since my baby ...

Posted Aug 23, 2004 - This is one of the best thing I got since my baby was born. I rented a hospital-grade pump for a month before I purchased this one. I have to say it works differently from the hospital grade pump. I feel a little bit upset during the transition from hospital grade to this one. Then I asked myself a question - what is a good pump? This pump answered itself - a good pump works when you need to use it. I do think it simulates the baby's suck. This is the most amazing part for me. Plus, this pump designed very nice for working mom to carry back and forth. One can not tell it from the other bags you carry.

Absolutely love it!

Posted Apr 3, 2006 - The pump is very effective, works well all day, and is very straightforward. As a working mom, I couldn't be happier. The bag is cute, and fits everything extremely well. I read a lot of reviews and this pump was hands down the top rated one.

Posted Jan 6, 2005 - my wife says that this is one of the best thing I got for her since our baby was born. She had a first-years pump and found it less efficient. She really likes this one, it simulates the baby's suck and make her feel comfort. This is the most amazing part.

Posted Jan 27, 2005 - Product arrived in mint condition. I had researched many breast pumps for a working mother who would be pumping 2-3 times a day at work. It was unanimous with all the professional women that the top of the line Medela Pump would be everything I needed. My best friend also suggested getting the pump before my baby's delivery because this pump would be useful for preventing engorgement and saving the precious first milk for my baby.

Posted Nov 26, 2004 - If the cost turns you off, you could try renting a hospital-grade pump. But if you'll be using the Pump in Style for your next kid as well, and each kid breast feeds for more than 6 months, then this would be a good investment.

To much money for to little product

Posted Dec 26, 2005 - Would never never buy an other Medela product again. There are to many other companys that make better breast pumps for less money. And there all FDA Appoved why is Medela not FDA Approved. I contact the FDA and they said they have lots of complaints from Mom's getting sick using there products.
