I ordered my seat Wednesday night and received it Friday, which was a big surprise. Everything was fast, easy, and inexpensive. My only complaint is that the seat was manufactured one year ago, meaning I can use it for one less year. I'm assuming that is the reason for the big discount.	Overall Rating

My order was way late (I got it 2 weeks after Christmas, those were supposed to be Christmas gifts and were orders 2 weeks in advance). I was promised a discount to make up for the delay which I never got. called & left messages to customer service and no one ever called back. The order came in bad condition, with parts missing. Baby Age said the standard shipping rate for the APO address was $7.95. It wasn't until after I placed the order that the shipping charge changed to $25. If it calculated it that fast after placing the order, I'm pretty sure they system already knew it would be $25 before I placed the order.	Overall Rating
