Great Carry-On Solution! Versatile and Well Built!
Carry-on size, sturdy wheels, removable day pack, can carried 3 different ways
Day pack could be a bit longer
Posted Nov 4, 2007 - I just used this on a trip to Florida and it was great to have a carry-on with a built in day pack. I was able to pack clothes and other necessities in the main part and some medication, iPod, cell phone, sunglasses, camera, etc. in the day pack. Once on the plane I easily unzipped the day pack and kept that under my seat while stowing the main part in the overhead storage. I would usually put everything in one carry-on and then have to fumble through it to find what I wanted...not anymore! This thing was great because I could either carry it upright or sideways via the handles, which were comfortable to hold. I could wheel it using the telescopic handle which felt sturdy and wheels rolled very smoothly; or I could carry as a backpack with the hidden padded straps. I really wish that I could have fit my laptop in the day pack but I realize that it isn't meant for that so that does not impact my rating of this great product. For those that travel frequently this item will prove invaluable for carry-on storage.
