ralph812 - (August 18, 2006) I ended up returning this and buying the HA. This case is too snug. The idea is too keep the camera protected while walking around and then just flip it open to shoot pictures. However, instead of flipping out of the way, it hangs uncomfortably and can affect the shot.

bluejeff - (February 02, 2007) I would like to say the conclusion first: This is the most durable and the lightest backpack in its class! Now, Let me tell you the reasons for the statement above. Kata is a company who manufactures for Army in Isarel. The first thing that think about when making a product is "durability". There is no way, absolutely no way, that Tamrac or Lowepro can compete with Kata bags in the durability part. Some wildlife reporters said he can break Lowepro and Tamrac backpacks within 3 months of usage in jungle. The only bag that won't break for him is Kata. Well, I didn't understand that until I got this baby in. I have been using this bag for nearly a year. I have already traveled aro

topcat84 - (December 07, 2006) I was looking for something that would be smaller than a camera bag and this case seemed to fit the bill. I've only had it for a day or so, but find it to be perfect for my needs. It offers great protection for my D80 and the 18-135mm lens that came with the camera. I think most people will find it to be just what they were looking for.

excellent camera and laptop bag
Anonymous - (07/28/2009) This is a great backpack for traveling. I was able to carry on this big bag on my trip with my big camera, a few lenses, flash, and even a 70-200 along with my laptop of course. It held all my electronic goods as well (chargers, etc...). It's a great bag to stuff and take with you.

Anonymous - (03/06/2009) This leather case is sleek and elegant. It's smooth and durable, and also featherweight. Actually, I have a Canon Powershot SD500, and it fits in this case a little bit tight, but it is not a big deal and works. This case has a loop to carry it on your belt and uses magnets to keep the flap closed (they seem to work pretty good.). So it's very convenient to carry on and you needn't worry about losing the camera and the case. The only thing that I'm not 100% satisfied with it is that this case doesn't have any space for extra memory cards. Usually I take 3 or more cards with me when going out. But I have to put them somewhere else due to the before-mentioned problem. Overall, it's a nice case to have and I'm very happy with it.

The case itself can be tight depending on the camera you're putting in it, and speaking of tight, it can be tough to push a belt through the belt loop. I got it relatively cheap, so I don't feel ripped off.
