lutefisk69 - (August 14, 2007) I purchased a gas grill from target for my sister (for her wedding) and the main issues I had with it was that it took forever to build and was extremely heavy. Then once I started cooking on it I had to constantly move food from one spot to another otherwise it would not cook evenly. From this experience I looked into grills for myself and found this Weber to have some positive reviews on other sites. It took me 30 minutes to build (would have taken less if I had done it in the day and had more light) and once I fired it up I noticed that the food cooked evenly no matter where on the grill it was. Product quality is high on the Weber and it seems like you get what you pay for, and with

joelcade - (July 13, 2004) This grill is just amazing. I was torn between this one and the small stainless steel grill at Costco. I ended up buying this grill for the dependability of weber and just the solid craftmanship.

johns6 - (April 16, 2007) Would not buy again. For $500 there are some better deals out there. Bought it to last, but don't think it will. Went back to some big box stores with a magnet and found some of the cheaper grills coming out of China have some better grade stainless burners.

makejazz - (05/10/2011) Having had grills for 50+ years I was really surprised as rust started appearing all over the lid. While customer services said it would not hurt the integrity of the grill it is unsightly and requires more maintenance than I have performed on my other grills over the years. Cast lids I've had in the past last longer and look better than a stainless lid with rust spots. 1 year warranty....I don't think so.

good product, complicated assembly
corelli - (11/25/2010) Not for technically challenged. Comes in small parts, hardware in several packages, combined irrationally; f.i. washers that used with the screws are packaged separately, with different screws that don't need washers at all, etc. Instruction is just series of pictures with no explanations, not easy to understand. It took about 5 hours to put it together. Some operations need 2 people to complete. However, it's well done, all parts fit each other perfectly. After it's assembled, it works as expected, ignition, burners, etc. Still, if I were in the market now, I would consider other brands before making my choice.

jumpa - (10/09/2010) I was "Q"ing day when a few guys from work came over, there was steak tips & Burgers & Hot dogs on the table. My boss bit into a steak tip sooo tender they literally melt in your mouth. He told me Rick what kind of gas grill do you use . He said I just spent $800 bucks on a stainless steel double tank dual grill digital temp gages set up and my BBQ doesn't taste anywhere close to this wow what do you have . I took him out back and showed him my Weber 22.5 ONE TOUCH. He started laughing his..um... leg off. "Some times simple is the best way to go isn't it Rick" he said to me. I didn't tell him I toss a few hickory chunks in with the charcoal every time I make my tips SHH H
