Bought an Olympus C3000 digital camera. Salesman did politely suggest some accessories, but being that I already own an Olympus D490 and have the accessories, I politely declined. The camera was delivered within three business days without any problems. The overall transaction was exactly the way one would want completely without any problem. |

They don't answer their 1-800 number nor reply to email to Customer Service or Sales. They have my credit card number and I may get ripped off. Caution to other consumers, call them on their 800 number, don't order over the web. I haven't got my product nor any communication from them and it's been over a week. |

Crooks!! I inquired about Olympus c-700. They were nice UNTIL they found out I did not want any accessories. Since they mark up the accessories 100-200% to make a profit this way, they all the sudden hung up on me while they placed me on hold. Called back 3 times. They acted surprised and said to hold on while they find the salesman that helped me. Guess what, they hung up on me too. These are crooks that will only deliver the products if you buy the overpriced accessories. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM |

While I haven't rec'd the camera yet, my experience was good. After calling several NY camera houses and having to suffer through snotty NY clerks (I'm from California), tMurugavel helpful and friendly regarding my purchase. They were informed and helpful in answering questions and not too pushy with selling the add ons. All and all a good experience. |

I was looking for a great deal E-10 Olympus call thecamerall.com seems to be they have the lowest price 1225.00 order the E-10 ship overnight purchase some accessories also worth $100.00. Received the camera the next day wasn't to happy camera it look's used lots of finger prints little scratches the cardboard all beat up memory does not work call them same day can't get hold of anyone. and tomorrow their close holiday... i will try friday to return the item or replacement. |

I ordered a Canon S-110 ELPH for what I though was a good price. When they called to conform they asked if I wanted a warranty. Turns out that I was getting something called a gray market camera but if I wanted the US model it would cost me $439. Not a pleasant experiance. |

I got a good deal on the digital camera I bought but then got suckered into buying overpriced accessories like an additional Smart Media card and battery pack with charger. I found all of the accessory items at Best Buy for significantly less than what The Camera Mall was charging. When I phoned them to get a return authorization code for the unopened accessory items I was treated rudely. I was then put on hold for 20 minutes but eventually got the return authorization code and got a refund. |

Absolute crooks: High pressure tactics to sell assessories. Shipment promised but 2 weeks later they called to switch me to another camera (higher margin). I cancelled. Original order shipped 2 days later. Indefinate hold at customer service, same at sales line. All Emails returned undelivered. I am working with credit card company in attempt to recover payment. |

I placed the order at 1pm Monday afternoon and recieved it by 9:30am Tuesday! Great pricing. The only draw back was that their website does not work! I couldn't put the item in the basket and was very frustrated. I ended up calling and was a little nervous because the salesperson didn't really seem to know what they were doing and answered the phone with "Hello?" I almost didn't place the order but it was by far the best price. Again I am very impressed with the shipping. |

I prefer to be e-mailed rather than receiving a phone call at 6:00AM HST. S/H was more than double than other retailers but the total amount was still the lowest. |

I assumed the order was cancelled when I couldn't find my order or a tracking number in their system. I apologize for the initial bad review but communication is everything.
