Bought an Olympus C3000 digital camera. Salesman did politely suggest some accessories, but being that I already own an Olympus D490 and have the accessories, I politely declined. The camera was delivered within three business days without any problems. The overall transaction was exactly the way one would want completely without any problem. |

(Edited December 08th by Takeo) This is the first retailer, for me, that phoned me to confirmed the order and asked if I wanted to purchase anything else. No pressure and a polite question. I prefer to be e-mailed rather than receiving a phone call at 6:00AM HST. S/H was more than double than other retailers but the total amount was still the lowest. |

After reading last couple of reviews i was a little leary placing an order online. I decided to give these guys a call since they had the best price but not such good rating. Salesman was professional and curteous and did not pressure me into buying additional items. Order was shipped same day and I received a tracking number in an email. If your afraid of ordering online like I was, give them a call and you'll be delightfully surprised. |

The lens I ordered arrived faster than expected, in a well-packed and sealed box. A back-ordered item also arrived much sooner than expected. Web site is a bit slow but informative. Prices are excellent, and are apparently not "grey-market" merchandise. I will order from them again and I highly recommend the site! |

I was very pleased with how efficiently they worked. I am obviously skeptical of 'extended warranties' (and salesmen with Brooklyn accents- used to live there and work in an e-commerce company) but i couldn't really turn this one down. The in-stock status was accurate and it got here when they said it would. How could I complain? Genuinely happy with this transaction... and just kidding 'bout the Brooklyn thing. |

I was hesitant at first, because I am not use to buying stuff from non-big name store like best buy, but a search of pricegrabber reveal that TheCameraMall had one of the lowest price on my GS150 camcorder. That was my main selling point, a $150 savings over the bigname store. The sales people weren't pushy when I decline the extra accessories. I got what I want at a low price in a timely matter, so I am happy. |

Im satisfied, I ordered the camera and was told it was instock, I opted for the warranty and upgraded shipping and free battery. I called a few days later asking why it didn't ship, they told me it was backordered and should be out at the end of the week. They upgraded to overnight to compensate. I am very satisfied. |
