Placing the order it was not possible to calculate in real time shipping charges outside US. Shipping charges calculation was notified by email after few days. Why wasn't that information available when I ordered the item. It had already been charged to my card and took 5 days to receive a credit memo email back from them to show the item had been credited and cancelled. I am happy on a number of fronts but the lack of communication about the fact that the part purchased didn't ship until 8 days after purchase pissed me off. I had to make a phone call the day before and no one could tell me the status of the package. Then all of a sudden the next day the email comes telling me it had just been shipped. Very poor ratings for speed of shipment. Very Poor! Product was good, all else was good but I may look elsewhere for my companies needs.
