I ordered a Barrett leather sectional from Bari on March 31, 2011. The estimated delivery date was 4-6 weeks. The first 4 weeks I received a weekly email advising that the estimated shipment date was 4-6 weeks. I stopped receiving these emails around the 4th week. I called the 6th week and was advised that my leather was on back order. This was the first I had heard about the leather not being in stock. My husband wrote them and email demanding someone contact us. We were then contacted and given a $200 credit. My sofa finally came in 11 weeks after the date of order. They then delivered the sofa and it was missing an armless chair. I called and spoke with Jerry in customer service while the delivery men were still in my home. He stated that they would check on the status of my chair. I then received a call back from someone in shipping who was very rude. He asked what piece I was missing. (Edited April 03rd by Sandy121947) I placed my order, received the samples, read reviews and then cancelled my order. My credit card was charged over 2300 hundred dollars. The money was not refunded 6 weeks later. The charge remained. When I demanded my money back, I was told it would be done by the following Monday. I then contacted my credit card company who said they would intervene. A person named Lou emailed me following my call and stated that my credit card company had not processed the credit. I am not a competitor nor am I an employee of any of Bari's competitor's. I just want my money returned. I cannot imagine what it would be like if I had not cancelled the order. |

After searching all the furniture stores in my area, I just couldn't find a sofa small enough, and to add to frustration, style was also lacking. When I found Bari I was impressed in the variety of styles, leather choices and sizes. I ordered the 80" Austin apartment sofa. I spent hours looking at the pictures going back and forth between which one I wanted to order. I finally decided on the Austin because of size. Now that it is sitting in my family room, I just wanted to say thanks for a beautiful sofa. The shipping and packing was flawless and considering it had to go from west coast to east coast it arrived promptly. Thanks guys, you have a lifetime customer with me. No complaints here! |

Great product. Great price. My furniture is even better than we were hoping for. The leather is wonderful. My wife says its the best buy we have made in years! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone. |
