I had a hard time getting a hold of the company. I called many times and emailed once. I never recieved a confirmation email of my order. I just had no idea if it was going to ship or not. I cancelled the order due to lack of information. I didn't know if the order went through. I finally got a call back and a message on my answering machine. Also, I registered but it never went through. I don't know if there is some kind of problem with the registration process. I am a computer programmer and not your ordinary computer idiot. I really registered. Its a nice site with good prices. I hope that they can pull it together. |

good so far but I have no idea currently if my item is in stock or when it will ship. Would be nice to have this info added to the ordering process. Received emails after the order was complete that told me when the order shipped, still would be a nice feature to have a date for expected shipment up front. Very happy though with the order and product I ordered. Shipping was faster than expected. |
