My experience with this site was excellent. This site is very user friendly. My purchase was quick and easy. Oh yeah, I almost forget the best part of my experience with this site was the price of the item I purchased. This price was the lowest of all other sites I reviewed. |

I placed a phone call for additional information and was delighted to be able to speak to a "real" person who was not only polite but knowledgeable about the product. My call lasted only about a minute but I was given the information I needed to make my final product decision and place my order. |

During the check out process the offer was made to purchase insurance, i.e. 3%, 6% etc... or the choice of no, thank you. I chose the 'no thank you' option but a little bit later during the order review I saw a charge of approximately $4.67, labeled product insurance. I did not see an option to go back and review the previous choice where I saw the insurance options listed to see if I had checked the appropriate box saying no to the offer and did not want to risk a timely delay or in the worst case scenario declining the order. It should be very clear up front as to what charges apply besides the original product. I felt a little blind sided. The few dollars this concerns can sure add up if this happens on every order. Not the right way to do business if I'm correct in my thoughts. Respectfully, Thomas Corell |
