dave523650 - (May 29, 2007) I originally bought this machine because it was the cheapest machine out there that (supposedly) would throw real leather balls. Also, it said that worked for fly ball and ground ball drills. Before I begin, I must inform you that the operating manual for this machine states that leather balls ARE NOT recommended (but the very next page says that they can be used). The first time I tried the machine, I adjusted the pitch hole for softball and put in a leather softball (#12). The wheel grabbed the ball and chewed the leather off and the ball got stuck in the wheel. After I got this cleared I put in a #11 softball and it threw that one ok, but chewed the leather a little on it. So that bat

cotily03 - (March 02, 2007) Purchased this product from Amazon.com which was cheaper than anywhere else. Setup was easy seeing as it is a popup net and everything went as expected. Great product and great price thanks to pricegrabber...

alatkinson - (May 08, 2006) Very bad purchase, Very disappointed, after 20 pitches developed crackes in top wheel holders, that's when I discovered they are made of plastic! what a disappointment! Easton not much help just want to replace but Hey it doesnt work!

letsplayball87 - (12/23/2008) This is an awesome home trainer and it worked pretty well for my son, he's 14 yrs. old and will be a freshman next year. The Hurricane is a great product that you can use pretty much anywhere. It also comes with 3 power bands, a home plate, carry bag and a free reaction ball. I got it at SKLZstore.com--they also have a ton of other great sports training equipment for basketball and golf.

scroobs - (08/15/2008) These balls are great to train with at all ages. They don't hurt the girls hands, move alot more when hit (the girls have fun fielding them), a great pitching aid (the balls will better show you movement on your pitches) and they work with the Jugs Lite-Flite pitching machine

ssyed76 - (07/22/2008) The previous week I struck out twice and looked horrible at the plate. I practiced with the Chute Trainer the following weekend. I ended up hitting two homeruns. It did wonders for me. Works well indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend this product.
