With so many battery suppliers available, it's hard to know who to trust. The battery selection process was easy and accurate but what made me most confident was when the computer and Model Number were requested so THEY could recheck my selection. That made me confident that they were the "real thing". Battery is as good as the OEM. |

Ordering and receiving were great. Battery did not work and have called and emailed but can not get a RMA since they would never answer me to get replaced. I very displeased with service. I guess the next step will be to contact method of payment and have payment reversed! |
