Want the truth, or at least, what happened to me? Ordered a battery for my digital camera. It came. It didn't work. Sent it back. They sent another. Didn't work. They sent a third. Doesn't work.The cost of shipping the bad ones back to them was my responsibility, they told me. Now I will try to get all my money and shipping fees back. Only 13.80 but it's the principle. Because I waited several months to try one of the batteries (i was traveling), i doubt i'll get anything back. I feel cheated. What a bad experience.	Overall Rating

My laptop is emacines M5405. 01/21/09---my order was on 1/5/09. the order entry and initial emails was perfect. but the order did not came. still i am waiting for the battery. it looks like it is back ordered. and they did not told me. i called them around 11th, they told me thing shipped 1/5/09. during my call, they seemed a good company, no need to wait.i was skeptical, because they did not charged the credit card until 1/16/09.
