It was very easy to compare between the various machines and decide which one would be the most beneficial to me. There service really is THAT good. I called because I had a few questions about some of their equipment and the lady walked me through all the pros and cons of every machine I was interested in. I felt more like I was in a showroom testing out the equipment with the descriptions the customer service lady gave me than trying to do an internet order.	Overall Rating
