I finaly had to get off line completely, come back, and place an additional order for one more GPS. If it had not been such a good price, I would have given up. Nvr received product, only an order confirmation #. After 5 working days, I had to contact them. They stated there was a glitch in their system for a few minutes on the order date. Sent 4 emails with specific questions on status and how to proceed. Only received non-specific responses. I finally asked if I should re-order. They said yes, reorder. I think not. Ordered elsewhere.
