The web site was easy to navigate. The price was the lowest available on Pricegrabber.com. Shipping was within a reasonable period of time. They have a good return policy. The product purchased was in excellent condition. |

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Didn't receive the item I ordered by the time it was promised (and still haven't received it!), called and spoke to a customer service *manager* after getting nowhere with basic customer service, and was treated even more rudely then! They give you a tracking #, but then there's no record of it through the postal service, and all they do is blame the postal service for everything. I have had MANY things shipped to me via the USPS this holiday season, and Bealls has been the first to NOT ARRIVE. Supposedly they have sent the same item to me via expedited mail, but I have yet to receive a confirmation of shipment. (again, the post offices fault according to them!) When I expressed my dissatisfaction with my order, I was told to "believe what I wanted to believe", and my further questions were ignored. Bealls Florida apparently not only can't place a simple order properly, but they truly have the WORST customer service I have yet to encounter. |
