Then on 3/5/09 got another email saying order canceled - out of stock. Having spent over $5,000 on furniture and accessories to match...was upset and emailed them. They aren't even responding and I am left with no curtains. Extremely poor way for a company to handle it's customers - especially in this poor economy. This is a White curtain, Tier and Valance, with a blue border and a row of lighthouses on the bottom. It is 70% polyester/30% cotton. bedbathstore sent me: Style LIGHTHOUSE 303 Tailored Tier (no valance) from A.L. Essis 56 X 36 BLUE. This is blue curtain with no valance covered with light houses from top to bottom. It is 100% cotton. This is not what I ordered! And it is hideous! I paid them a shipping charge of $8.99. They shipped me the wrong stuff. I called them. They said that they would return my call in 24 hours. They did not call me back. I emailed them. They have not responded! Bye-bye $45.00 and lots of my precious time! Be warned. If you order from the bedbathstore you may never get what you ordered and you may not even be able to contact them in any way. I am going to report them to the Minnesota Department of Commerce.	Overall Rating

I tried checking order online and it is not found? many other places to do business. I emailed them after 10 business days and it took 4 emails before I finally received a reply back saying my items are out of stock. When I check on my order it says will ship in 2-3 days. It has said this since they day I ordered it. My credit card was charged immediately for my purchase but no items received yet. This is being shipped to our condo where we have come to paint. We needed the bedspread to pick out the colors. We have until Wednesday to paint. I notified them several times after the 2 week deadline as I knew that it needed to be shipped -- I left several phone messages asking to be called.
