Posted 1 year ago - Although we don't have experience with this particular bed we bought a different one made by Powell. Two of the posts came with big splits in them. We phoned and initially the rep was very helpful and told us she would send two new posts. Then we got a call saying that because the bed was discontinued that they could only send one post. Then when we got the part it turned out they sent the wrong one, even though we had very carefully given them an order number and description. Also, we found the instructions very vague and my husband had to drill new holes in order to make parts fit. The bed seems solid and it looks beautiful but buyer beware!
