This was my first time purchasing from BestStopPlasma. My order was placed through their customer service via phone contact and it arrived on the 6th day after. To me, that's pretty good shipping speed, which give them an automatic plus. I was surprisingly pleased with the product and the price. I will probably do more business with these guys in the near future, and I would recomend them to others. |

I can tell you that this was an excellent online shopping experience for me. Bought a new LCD Plasma TV w/surround sound speakers at one of the best prices that I could find on line. Order processing was easy, turnaround time was good, and delivery was fast. |

Fair prices considering shipping was included, which was great. I got the order promptly, in good shape. The customer service via phone was a bit long but not bad - on hold a short time, and the first person I spoke with was direct, a little rushed but answered all my concerns politely. |

ordered a samsung hlt5689s on sunday recieved the tv on tuesday if i had been home so came on wednesday hooked it up everything is great called back on thursday looking for hdmi cables will come in monday not a problem would recommend these people to everyone picture is the best i have seen elliot at online store very helpful no high pressure add on sales just helpful information |

I was in the market for a Sony TV plus a wall mount. Merchandise delivery was very quick, all was exactly as promised. I've already had two bad experiences prior to this order, where I tried to buy the same TV from different websites.Experiences and nightmares I would not wish on my worst enemy. Definitely a winner! I placed my order on a Friday and received it the following Monday (FREE SHIPPING...and only 3 days!!!). The box was factory sealed and included all promised items. I would definitely recommend this merchant for any purchase big or small. I bought a 50" Sony HDTV. My experience was perfect. The delivery time was setup and confirmed through a simple phone call to customer service so I did not have to feel tied to my home for multiple days just waiting for the package to arrive. The TV came with a checklist to confirm proper delivery. The box arrived undamaged and the TV was unspoiled. Thank you for a job well done. |
