When buying my flat-panel LCD TV, quality, price and good service was very important. Not only did BestBuyPCs had the best prices, but the salesperson was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job in helping me select the TV fit my requirements. The TV was in my house, carefully delivered to my living room, the next morning at 6:36AM! Talk about efficient delivery!! BestBuyPCs really values its customers and made me feel like a partner. I was very satisfied with my choice of provider. My order was processed quickly and AM Trucking delivered the television three days earlier than I anticipated. They gave me a courtesy call before the delivery and upon arrival unpacked and placed the TV on my stand. I was walked through the setup procedure. Paid for expedited shipping but knew even the 3-5 day rate might not get it there on time. Called Josh the morning of 7/6 and he promised to see what he could do about getting it to us before the party. Even though the shipping company said it wasn't possible, Josh leaned on the right people to get the tv to us the day before the party. Excellent customer service and attitude. I had some questions about the product I was ordering. Angel took the time to look ever one of them up. He asked me if I needed any other cables ect. I said “no I’m replacing an existing unit and had all the wires I needed”. Angel offered me a 3 year extended service plan for a far price and I took it. I don’t know if any of you have had a receiver worked on but it’s not cheep to fix. My order was delivered before I was expecting it to arrive, new and working great. I will buy from this company again and feel I can give it a five star rating on this order and the sales person was very helpful and not pushy. After searching in the Denver area for this out of production monitor, I was highly skeptical of buying such a big ticket item over the internet. Service was fantastic. Shipping was handled extremely well with a scheduled delivery that allowed me to perfectly time the installation. Pricing was below the quotes I was getting from vendors who still could not get the monitor. And by the way, it is a fantastic piece of equipment. Great price, only paid for regular shipping and unit arrived two days later via Fedex (shipped from PA to NJ). Receiver box was a little scuffed up, as there was no outer carton, but no serious damage. Unit worked fine for a day and a half, then all digital processing died (unit would only output sound if set to "pure direct"). I called Pioneer and they diagnosed a "bad processor." I then called BestBuyPcs and spoke to Angel who put on Josh. He said more were coming in the following week and he would have one brought to me for exchange when they came in. Sure enough, a little over a week later, a rep showed up at my door with a new receiver. He gave me the new one and took back the defective unit -- no fuss, no muss! I've been using the new one for several days now and it's fantastic. So, to sum up, the measure of a good dealer is how they respond to adversity. In this case, I can only say I was very impressed. Due to the ($$$) price, Angel (salesrep) suggested their "white glove" shipping, we agreed, and the TV was delivered the very next day. It was unpacked and hooked up; the old TV was moved upstairs and the large cardboard boxes were hauled away. The entire process was professional and worry free. I called to make sure there would be no additional shipping or insurance charges and there were none. I also did not want refurbished equipment and the items I purchased from BestBuyPCS were new in the box. In addition, I owned a nearly new Mitsubishi HD projector that I no longer wanted. Scott helped me sell it through his site and took no commission for himself, only Amazon's commission. This made my overall experience with BestBuyPCS A-1. The set arrived in excellent shape (East Coast to West Coast). It arrived on time by very good local transport company despite some very bad weather (white glove treatment) I was able to track the shipping details as it traveled across country.
