The TV arrived in 5 days of placing the order without requesting express shipping. Sales person was polite but worked extra hard to try to sell me an extended warranty that I was not interested in. The price was also advertised on PriceGrabber.com and was noted as the best available price for the TV. On August 4, 2007, after carefully reading their "Shop With Confidence" policy cited below (because it was the first time I was considering ordering from this Internet company), I purchased two of the TVs using my credit cards and received confirmation of the purchases from BestBuyPlasma.com sent to my email address as an official receipt. Today, August 5, 2007, I received an email with the following message: Dear Valued Customer, On 08/04/2007 www.Bestbuyplasma.com posted a price for a Sony 46V2500. The price was inadvertently posted at $209. The correct price should have been $2099 and has since been corrected. Due to the price posting error we unfortunately have to cancel your existing order. Rest assured your credit card has not been charged. scam business. avoid at all costs.	Overall Rating

I received confirmation of my order via e-mail on the same day I made the purchase. Three business days later, I received an e-mail with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. A sales agent made a follow-up phone call and requested that I return his call, which I did. On the phone, the agent confirmed that the unit had been shipped, and asked, in a non-pressuring way, if I was interested in purchasing any cables or other peripherals for the unit. I respectfully declined. Although I did not ask for expedited shipping, the company generously shipped the unit via FedEx air, so that it arrived exactly one week after I placed my initial order. After carefully inspecting the box and finding no visible damage, I signed for the delivery. The unit was carefully double-packed in a heavy-duty box with lots of air-padded packaging. I unpacked the unit, and it was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this seller.	Overall Rating

I was able to get a package deal with them that made it much more affordable then had I purchased a la carte. I worked with Al Carter (ext 8246), one of the best electronics salesmen I have come across. After speaking with Al Carter (x8246), I literally put all my faith in his knowledgeable/extremely experienced decisions. He was the only salesperson I could find, able to assist me in concealing all my components in a closet, leaving the Sony LCD on the wall by itself, AWESOME!
