Jamie Johnston at ext 8244 was very helpful and friendly. I must have bothered him 10 times that day i ordered it. He reccomended me a power center and an hdmi cable at a discounted price, which i declined initialy but after further review i realized i needed them so i called back and added them to my order, THANKS AGAIN BESTBUYPLASMA!! i will be back	Overall Rating

Not only did he explain the ordering/shipping process in detail, he took the mystery out of plasma TV installation by setting me up with a Sony-authorized service, choosing the appropriate cables and brackets from a seemingly endless supply all while providing very competitive pricing. I ordered by phone and was talking to david8242 in less than 2 min. He answered all my and questions, and helped me with a HDMI connection and a great, inexpensive extended onsite service contract. Later I got a confirmation email stating that the finance company was different than the seller. No problem there. I called and got put on hold numerous times. I finally got in touch with someone who said the TV was in shipping and we would receive an email confirmation with a tracking number within 24 hours. Then, they wanted a water bill and photo copy of my driver license for proof of delivery address. 3 more calls over the past week about a tracking number and each time was told the product was in shipping department and we would get a tracking # within 24 hours. On the 5th call, I was told that the TV was now going to be dropped shipped from the manufacturer and that we would receive a tracking number within 24 hours. We called 4 days later to get a tracking #. Was told the TV was in shipping dept and would get a tracking # emailed to us within 24 hours. WE CANCELLED THE ORDER!!!! Beware of this seller. If there is any kind of problem, and you call, they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes then tell you need to talk to someone else until you are tired of holding for that person. In our case they delivered a large 72” TV with only one person. We took delivery and found when the box was opened that the TV was not only dropped but also rolled on its side. This rear projection TV’s rear mirror was shattered and thrown against the inside of the screen. They refused to repair the TV for months and finally we took them to court, sued and they lost. They still refuse to pay the judgment. It doesn’t get any worse then that. With some many honest and reputable sellers, don’t make our mistake and buy from them.	Overall Rating
