Ordered item [26” LCD TV] 5 days ago and also provided them with all the further personal info they asked for [Credit Card #, copy of State-ID, SSN #, etc.]. Haven't heard from them since. No responso to my e-mails at all. NO customer service whatsoever. Be smart and take your money to a store that actually cares about doin' business with you. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!! Your purchase comes on time, they have a reliable inventory most of time and if not they let you know right away if the item is not in stock, which usually works in favor consumers favor getting a better deal, and if you need help, they are always there via e-mail or phone call. I expected my order to be shipped Thursday and at my house on Monday. Actually shipped Friday and arrived in good condition on Tuesday via DHL. Check your website guidance on the first three digits of the tracking numbers. Didn't match my DHL numbers. Was able to track the shipment on DHL's website. Nice job. Good experience.
