I just got a great deal there on a Sony 42" Plasma WEGA Integrated Plasma Television. The sales person was polite and helpful, did not upsell agressively, and accepted "NO" graciously. After extensive research he spoke to a rep at BestBuyPlasma, who was able to answer all of his questions. He knew he wanted a 50" Pioneer Plasma and decided on the CMX model. The price, service, and the salesman’s product knowledge were right up there. Our TV arrived as promised in perfect condition via FedEx on time along with all ordered accessories. The first small package arrived on Friday. The shipping company also called to arrange a two-hour delivery window for Monday, and my plasma set arrived on time in excellent condition.
