I was very happy because my camera was received well before the expected due date. I was able to take pictures at my daughters graduation which made me extremely happy. The camera I order worked as well as expected. |

Online ordering experience was excellent. Eventhough there was a logistical issue in delivery, the customer service manager was very professional and accomodating in handling my issue. The team at Best Price Electronics knows how to take care and retain customer. Very impressed by Mr. James (customer relation manager) ability and willingness to help taking care of the issue at hand. |

Second time purchasing from this business and both times all went very well. This time Rebecca Wilczenski kept me informed when the inventory was available and when I should order. Have made two purchases and had no trouble either time. Placed my order on Sunday and received item on Wednesday. They notified me with a tracking number when they shipped my order and I was able to follow it all the way. |

It's a wonderful experience to shop in BestpriceAudioVideo.com. Here is what I went through. In the morning I called the company to make sure everything as the company advertises. The conversation was enjoyable, because the sale representative was patient and only answered what you questioned. In the afternoon I placed the order, and I had an Email response from them a few hours later. Next morning I received another notice that my order was confirmed and ready for shipping, and, before end of the day a further notice that my items was on the way. That is so simple and efficient. For sure I will go back again. |

Excellent transaction. Customer service was very helpful and everything I was told, they followed through on. I received my purchase the day after I ordered it (without any special shipping). I actually received my purchase before I received the email saying it had shipped. |
