These guys know what they are selling. They don't sell items made for other countries. Hence, their products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Customer Service is easy to deal with, and they listen. I would buy from them again. |

I ordered some JBL N24AW indoor/outdoor speakers from them. They had the best price that I could find and shipped my order promptly and directly with no problems. I would definitely buy from them again. |

BestPriceAudioVideo was the golden exception...great prices and a courteous, knowledgeable sales rep who had actually used the camcorder I was inquiring about. He even steered me toward a less expensive camera bag that better matched my selection. I look forward to ordering from them again and have already recommended them to many of my friends. |

I chose this merchant to buy a Canon ZR30MC + accessories after flogging through 6 lower priced but obnoxious and potentially shady NYC merchants. What a breath of fresh air. The customer rep, Michael Gavin, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and balanced in terms of selling versus servicing. The shipping charges were tiny compared to other merchants even though the distance shipped was greater. The camcorder arrived in pristine condition after 6 days that included a weekend. |

The order did go through and I was provided a verification number after calling on the following Monday. They were very helpful and they explained the situation. I will order form BestPrice again. |

I ordered a Canon ZR30MC. Michael Gavin was very pleasant to deal with. No salespitch on accessories. Ended up with BestPriceAudioVideo.com after calling 6 other lower priced digitailers, who were rude, did not have the camera in stock and were not interested in your business if you did not buy their overpriced accessories. Will definitely go back to BestPriceAudioVideo. With their low shipping, they are the best deal! I tried regencycamera first, who did not sell the american model with canon's american factory warranty. If I wanted the american model with canon's american factory warranty, I had to pay $100,- extra!!! |

Ordered a canon digital camera they said was in stock. I paid with CC and they said they would send out confirmation email. Well, the next day I still hadn't gotten an email so I called and they were now out of stock. Legit or fishy? I'm not sure but I canceled and ordered elsewhere. |

I recenly discovered that CANON had finally made a digital SLR (D30) that would use my EOS lens but I never gave the Internet much of a thought. I tried several "discount" photo stores in NYC but was really turned off by them. Really shady "grey market" after market warranties etc. This is a BIG TICKET item & I was getting concered. It was then I found PriceGrabber.com. BestPriceAudioVideo.com was teriffic. Knowledgable & very helpful & with no presure. Great price, too! |

Here's the scoop! If you're looking for a Canon GL1, don't buy it from Broadway Photo, Buydig.com, Pixardigital.com or any other "low-price" merchants! I've tried placing orders after seeing the low-prices...what a bunch of losers! One company refused to send a "cancellation notice" to my credit card company after I cancelled the order due to pressures of buying unwanted accessories. Don't waste your time, buy from here! Now I'm enjoying my GL1, THANKS bestpriceaudiovideo.com!!! |

Very happy with them! Placed order for a Canon ZR30MC with 2nd day Air delivery at Monday night and got the confirmation email right away. Got a shipping confirmation email at Tuesday afternoon, saying the order was shipped at 4:00pm. Got my order Thursday at noon. Excellent service. I talked to them to buy a Canon ZR30MC and some accessories. Surprisingly, I was not pushed at all to buy anything more than what I was ordering. I ordered on Tuesday noon and received my ZR30MC on Wednesday noon. Everything was in order except that instead of a multimedia card there was a compactflash card of the same capacity and same brand. When I talked to them about it, they apologized and promised to send a multimedia card rightaway along with a posted return envelope. |

I called to verify that they actually had the speakers I wanted in stock, then ordered over the web. The MSRP was $600 and I paid $300 plus $27 shipping. Two days later they arrived. Scratching my head I say, "that was too easy!" |

A+++. It's great reputation is well deserved. Ordered Canon s300 camera and product sent the same day. Product arrived just as advertised and shipping cost was one of the lowest on the internet. It didn't push accessories although they were available if I so desired. If all internet sellers were this good we would buy everything over the internet. |

Absolutely a top notch dealer and great (realistic) prices. I placed my order for a Canon GL1 on 9/17 in the afternoon and received a confirmation email immediately. Product was shipped out via UPS ground on 9/18 and I received a tracking number from BestPrice. It arrived on th 24th, exactly as scheduled, brand new, sealed and with rebate form. With their review rating as high as it is, and lack of any real negative feedback, I expected good service. What I got totally blew my mind. This is absolutely the BEST service I have ever had for an online order. If you can deal with placing an order on Sunday, receiving shipping confirmation and a tracking number by email on Monday, and the goods arriving Wednesday morning (OH to MN), then this place will do right by you! |

The experience was entirely satisfactory. No pressure to buy anything else. I was called after placing the order on www to tell me that my order was in good shape, and that my credit card company seemed confused about my billing address, and that I should probably give them a call to clear things up. Wow! This is above and beyond service. The person on the phone was polite, perhaps even happy to talk to me. The camera arrived on time, complete, and in perfect working order. |

After having placed order at two NYC merchants and getting disgusted in the process, I choose bestpriceaudiovideo due to its 5 star rating. The order shipped next day itself, and the tracking number was sent to me by email. I spoke to CS reps for clarification and the service was really excellent. Although I believe the prices are slightly higher here, but now I am convinced that "too low price" offered by NYC merchants is low-ball game played typically by car dealers. |

Great online shop! This is a great example of internet shopping. Low prices, quick shipments and no phone calls or attempts to sell overpriced accessories. By far the best shopping experience I've had online. I placed an order on Sunday so that I could get it right after the Thanksgiving holiday; they were so fast it made it to my house before I ever left town! |
