seat post, odd frame design disallows being mounted to most bike racks
Posted 1 year ago - This was purchased for my friend and the seat post was perfect for him being around 6 feet 4 inches. The seat post is very tall on this bike and I would recommend buying another seat post or cutting the one that comes with the bike. Brakes are upgradable to disc brakes with additional parts. Suspension on the bike makes it more comfortable to ride around town. Be aware that this bike does not come with a kickstand, and one will have to be purchased for the bike to stand up alone. The design of the frame does not allow it to be properly mounted to a bike rack that holds the frame rather than from the wheels. This makes carrying the bike a hassle unless you have a wheel cradle bike rack. The only place for a bike pump / water bottle holder to mount is on the bottom of the frame, so it feels a little crowded when pedaled. Overall, good bike for price.
