After sending me an item that was different from what was advertised, they refused to pay for the return postage, and then gave me only a partial refund on what I paid (deducting their original postage). After contacting them, they acted like they were doing me a big favor by not deducting an additional 10% for "handling". If you don't mind this kind of insulting treatment, then by all means, go ahead and order from them. BigaDealz's Response: Buyer claimed there should be a mute button on the phone. We contacted the buyer right away to explain there's no mute button mentioned in the listing. We believe we have advertised this correctly.	Overall Rating

I contacted them and politely asked how resolve it. Silence. Contacted them again. Silence. To me, what sets vendors apart is proactive response AFTER they have your money. THAT is customer service. Anything before that is just delivery. BigaDealz does NOT provide customer service. I will NOT do business with them again. Unless you are certain your transaction will be flawless, I suggest you look for another seller. BigaDealz's Response: BigaDealz prides itself with efficient delivery and great customer service.
