My initial order with this merchant -- able to easily track down several small detail/special items that probably would not be accessible on other web sites. One exchange (because I goofed on my order input) was easily handled - correct item is now on its way. |

You should offer the ability to see when the item will arrive, an estimated time of arrival would increase my desire to shop with you all. As I am in this time leaving on Tuesday for a 2100 mile tour, and realized last minute I needed these items, so I would have chosen an alternative to the two day shipping had I known the delivery date, but because I did not, I had to go with what I new was a guarantee. |

Dissapointed that the Paypal option didn't work. Not sure it was a Paypal or your issue. I just did a transaction with Paypal earlier today, so I don't think it was Paypal |
