Seven days later I checked a status of my oreder and it was nothing in there. I call company and rep sad that chair will be chiped today. Two days later I call again and after tree disconnections I was told that my order will be back ordered in January of the next year. I cancelled my order and complain to my credit card company that this business charging for orders when they even have no merchandise. Outrageous. I hope they lose their business. Any reputable company charge your credit card at the day they shiped product. Do not buy from this company.	Overall Rating

It was easy to assemble, however I didn't realize the screws were already in the chair, so a ordered the missing screws. My fault. The chair is comfortable, however is shorter than what I thought (and measured). I needed a high chair, as I have this uncomfortable hight desk. However, I needed more information about options - what the fabrics looked like and why one was better than another and chair stem sizes. I used Google to answer my questions at other websites. I called your company, and he could no find it so he did help me find this chair. This is not the original. I should have got some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.
