I did have one small problem - I ordered one chair and they were only available in pairs, which I did not pick up from the website easily - be sure to check carefully. I was allowed to check out for one chair - which I thought was misleading and then was told I had to buy two. It is, however, not unusual for items like this to be sold in sets of two - I just would have liked it to be clearer when I ordered.	Overall Rating

I will definitely do business with this company again. One problem: UPS was not careful AT ALL with the box. It looked pretty beat up & carelessly thrown-around when it arrived. Fortunately, the packaging was adequate & the chair was not damaged.Company should inform UPS that FRAGILE items should be carefully handled. That's what we're supp0osed to be paying for. Also, "assemby required" should be more prominent in the sales display. The instructions for assembly were AWFUL (very incomplete & written by someone who should find another career).
