The chair that I ordered arrived in good time considering there was an ice storm between us and them, and in our area we had ten inches of snow that same week. So I would give an excellent rating for their shipping, they shipped next day. The chair is very comfortable and looks exactly like it does on the website.	Overall Rating

I ordered furniture from their site, paid for it, got an email confirmation, and then never heard anything from them. I called them two weeks later, and they told me the futon was not on its way because "there was a misprint" on their site and that they would no longer honor our purchase agreement. They wanted a full 20 percent more in order to "continue the transaction." Never mind that they never called or emailed any of this information, and that they gladly accepted my money and held on to it for weeks without as much as a peep. These guys are shakedown artists!
