The site was very user friendly, making it clear that the shipping and billing addresses are separate. My son is the one to whom I sent the chair, so I don't know the answer to a lot of the questions, but he is very happy to have the chair. |

Merchandise was easy to find. Video presentation was helpful. One page checkout without a need for login/account set-up is awesome. Apprehensive about online shopping but it's the right product at a competitive price. I bought a kneel chair based on having "sat" in one over 10 years ago. the cushion is thick, but could be a little denser, however,i'm not disappointed. |

I really liked both the review portion as well as the video showcasing this chair. It is important to see the chair in video, when purchasing online. It shows more than a photo could. Also knowing that it works well for people who are sitting for long periods of time is helpful. |
