My chairs were shipped via FedEx overnight and I received them in 4 business days. One box was crushed on the corner and the chair was damaged, but it's in a spot that you cannot see (at the bottom) and it doesn't affect the chair structurally.	Overall Rating

I called and started to leave a message with customer service, but as I clicked on the state drop-down again, the list of states appeared! So - this was very frustrating, but I'm looking forward to a good deal on a good chair. If that hadn't occurred, the experience would have been just fine.	Overall Rating
