I will definitely do business with this company again. One problem: UPS was not careful AT ALL with the box. It looked pretty beat up & carelessly thrown-around when it arrived. Fortunately, the packaging was adequate & the chair was not damaged.Company should inform UPS that FRAGILE items should be carefully handled. That's what we're supp0osed to be paying for. Also, "assemby required" should be more prominent in the sales display. The instructions for assembly were AWFUL (very incomplete & written by someone who should find another career). Two weeks after my order I have heard nothing or have I received my merchandise. I finally called. The merchandise was not in stock and has been back ordered. I was not informed of this at the time of my order and did not find out until I called them. I was told it would be another two weeks until my merchandise would be on it's way. I'm not very happy.
