jimtheideaman from CA Member Since: 03/30/2009 View Member's: Reviews	Unless they have changed this recently, it is very easy to miss the fact that you need 3 inches of depth in your window to mount inside blinds. Mine worked out ok, except for the valence. They are too short and look funny unless you are facing the blinds directly head-on. They offered to ship me some new valences, but I would have to pay for them. My wife and I opted not to although the price seemed more than reasonable. She wants to put a fabric valence up instead now. We ordered 9 sets of faux wood miniblinds (their second from top of the line) and I was only shipped enough screws to mount 8 of them. I went to Home Depot and they were out of the size I needed so I called Blinds Chalet and they sent them out. The problem is that several days later I received a torn envelope with nothing in them. They sent them in a regular envelope and they obviously needed a padded envelope to get through the Post Office machines. Still waiting on 3rd attempt. Otherwise 5 star rating!	Overall Rating

After finding woods blinds for 40% less than what I had just paid for at home depot, I decided to cancel my home depot order and and go with blinds chalet. within 2 days of placing my order I got a notice saying my order has shipped.
