I rarely send any feedback, but my experience with Blooms Today was such a disappointing experience, I felt it was warranted. My order, which was set to be delivered for our second anniversary, was never delivered. After work, I had to go purchase flowers to calm down a very upset girlfriend who was up in arms because I had "not sent anything". I spoke with their "customer service" on Friday, and they told me they would "look into the issue and call me back." I was never called back Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Today. I tried calling customer service over the weekend to see what had happened, but their customer service lines are open for just a very small window. Even on the weekdays, I would expect a company like this to have much more focus on quality customer service. Finally, I got through to customer service today (5 days after not hearing anything from Bloom Today) and talked with customer service again to explain the situation. Refund and will never do biz again. Overall Rating

I wouldn't even give them ONE star. They are a total SCAM!!! I went through three orders to try to get my sister some birthday flowers and over two weeks later and delayed deliveries (on their part) later, they called and said they again couldn't deliver the flowers and just cancelled my order without even talking to me. The customer service rep: John was EXTREMELY RUDE and short with me, yes I too was getting upset, but I was just trying to figure out why they didn't/couldn't deliver my flowers. He just said that they couldn't and ended up hanging up on me after calling me a "B". I called back and reported him and the lady I talked was very helpful and actually said that they COULD deliver the flowers. But she tried to charge me more than my original cost, so I just said forget it. I just wish I had two weeks earlier, when they cancelled my order the first time without letting me know. I just hope I get all my refunds back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Overall Rating

Read the small print before ordering. For the 50% discount, you must agree to a free trial membership to the IdentityWorldwide.com program. It is operated by Blooms Today and you must agree to enter an agreement with the umbrella LLC called Agilla Pro. Nobody in the company can or will tell you anything about Agilla Pro and it does not have a presence on the internet! Because my space here is limited, I cannot submit my full report but I have posted it on many other sites - entitled "Blooms Today? Stay Away! Buyer Beware!" I cannot comprehend why anyone would want to give a online floral delivery service middleman access to all their financial records! If you want to order flowers, look up "Florists"/ town name on the internet. By eliminating The 27% - 40% that is subtracted from the local florist's revenue by online discounters, you get a much nicer arrangement by ordering direct! Overall Rating

BLOOMSTODAY IS A FRAUD COMPANY! EVERYONE SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THEIR ATTORNEY GENERALS. I wanted to send flowers for my friend's 'Celebration of Life'. After you click on the link, it says "Legacy Guestbook Visitors receive 50% off", but it doesn't say you have to join some club and pay $10 a month to get it until you've spent all your time going through the screens and then it tells you at the very end. I emailed Legacy to tell them about the SCAM, and to remove the link, but they haven't done it. Shame on you Legacy! Bloomstoday should be investigated and closed down! Overall Rating

They offer a discount on a purchase without fully disclosing the discount is based on a membership rewards program, that you will be billed for monthly of $9.99. My complaint is not with the product/delivery. But BloomsToday's so-called Rewards program is - in my opinion - nothing more than a deceptive business practice that can be used to rip off the elderly, who might not understand/remember signing up for it. I'm on a tiny limited income and could not afford that rewards program, nor did I ever use it. The $50 they took from my checking account in 5 months caused me to be overdrawn and they refused to reimburse me. Steer clear of these con artists! Overall Rating

We ordered flowers for our 87 year old Mom who had fallen and broken her hip. This company took the order and promised deliver of flowers the next day. When the flowers never showed up two days later, we called. "Oh, we cancelled that order." No reason given. No calls made to us. No email notifications of problems In short, the worst customer service experience we've ever had when ordering flowers. Stick to others and avoid this terrible, terrible company. Overall Rating

The prices seemed good at first with their offer of a 50% discount. Then they added in an enormous shipping and handling fee. Then they added in a $10/mo. membership fee that I did not realize I was agreeing to because they use very fine print at the end of the purchase process (they do not warn you before the end that you will be billed an additional charge). Also I could not cancel the membership for 2 weeks so I had to remember to call them back (another scam). By the end it would have been a little cheaper to order from another company. It is primarily because these people are sleazy con artists that I am writing this bad review. Overall Rating

They quickly recoup that because in the very small print you've signed up for a $10 monthly charge on your credit card. Although I cancelled as soon as I got my first bill (June 1) they still billed me for the entire month of June. The end cost of the flowers was well over the competitors. Quite the Sleaze artists! The flowers I ordered from Blooms Today were delivered on time and in good condition. However, in order to take advantage of their 50% off discount, I was required to purchase their "Rewards" program at $9.95 per month. They advertised "1,000's" of discount coupons, and in fact, offered only a few coupons that I could use. I was interested in the baseball team tickets, but the offer expired two months before the season even began! Scam! Overall Rating

Terrible experience & an unreliable company!! I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day to be delivered on Sat, May 10th. I received an email confirmation for my order which stated they would be delivered as requested on 5/10/08. When I spoke to my mother on Sunday the 11th and asked how the flowers looked, she stated she hadn't received them. Upon my return from church that afternoon, I had a message on my answering machine left at 12:30 on 5/11/08 (the day after the flowers were to be delivered) that they could not find a local florist that had the flowers I had ordered and so they had cancelled my order. I would caution any potential customers against using this company. They boast "reliable same day delivery", but failed in my case. Surely they should have checked with a local florist prior to sending the email confirmation and most assuredly before the day after they were to be delivered, giving me an opportunity to change the order. I will never, ever use them again!! Overall Rating

The website states very clearly:"100% money back guarantee.” My BF husband died and after collecting money for flowers I ordered from this unscrupulous company. I stupidly signed up for their Blooms Rewards which gave me 50% off the arrangement which was $325. It had less than 2 dz roses and was to have 4. 2 weeks later when I noted the guarantee and felt I had been taken, I contacted CS and received an em asking me what would be an acceptable refund. I replied and heard nothing. I re emailed and again heard nothing. Then I went to the online chat CS (transcript copied) and their offer was not acceptable. I was told to call the "supervisor". I did & spoke with another rep: Ashley. She said that there was nothing that could be done and chided me for waiting so long. She refused the name of a supervisor & when I stated I would wait to speak to one she eventually hung up on me. It was suggested that I fight it out with my CC Co. Totally unprofessional staff and would never buy from Blooms Today again. Ordered flowers on Thursday for Friday delivery. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered and, since birthday's only come once a year, I felt that at least someone should have notified me. Tried to contact a live customer service representative to get a status on my order and was unable to reach a live voice until Saturday afternoon. Even then no one could confirm the order delivery and status of the order. It is now Monday, I have sent five e-mails and three phone calls and still no response. Needless to say I will not do business with them again and will advise everyone I can about my horrible experience. Overall Rating
