JonathanI924 from NY Member Since: 09/23/2009 View Member's: Reviews	i ordered my watch expecting to receive it at the most 4 buisness days after my order. after i ordered my watch with the specific instructions to size it to 7" they notified me that they were sending me the watch unsized. i told them i would refuse it they took an extra 4 days to size my watch. more than a week later they sent my watch 2nd day air. 2 days after they sent it no watch. i still have not received any watch i have spoken to their horridly disrespectful customer service. blue dial's customer service has told me over and over again that it isn't their responsibility and that they were not going to send me a watch. i would rather pay triple the cost than ever deal with blue dial again. I had no problems with ordering, shipping or the watch. I called their customer number to make sure some items were in stock, and I got prompt answers, which matched what was on their site. I got the watch in 2 business days, and it was sized properly. They send out a UPS tracking number so you can follow the shipment. Even though the watch was 40% cheaper than other websites, the watch came as from the factory, which is new, with the box, instructions, warranty card, extra pieces they took off to size the band, and the little pillow for the watch. Email sent immediately after ordering with a link to an order status page at their website. Order status page will show UPS tracking number when item ships. The Casio watch was well-packaged and protected with no damage. Positive experience all around. Be aware of bluedial's return policy, which I think is not very consumer-friendly, so be sure to know exactly what you are ordering.	Overall Rating

However, I had asked for the watch to be sized to 7.25" and the watch arrived in a much larger configuration. It seemed as if they did not even make an attempt to size it and shipped it right off the shelf. I had to take it to a watch store to get it sized and it cost me $10. I reported to Bluedial and expected good customer service but they would not budge. They said I had interpreted their offer wrong...Free sizing offer was advertised in bold on the website.
