The ease, reliability, simplicity, and exceptional visually/user friendly brought me back. I doubt I could be more satisfied (so much so I enjoyed completing their in house survey! JonathanI924 from NY Member Since: 09/23/2009 View Member's: Reviews	i ordered my watch expecting to receive it at the most 4 buisness days after my order. after i ordered my watch with the specific instructions to size it to 7" they notified me that they were sending me the watch unsized. i told them i would refuse it they took an extra 4 days to size my watch. more than a week later they sent my watch 2nd day air. 2 days after they sent it no watch. i still have not received any watch i have spoken to their horridly disrespectful customer service. blue dial's customer service has told me over and over again that it isn't their responsibility and that they were not going to send me a watch. i would rather pay triple the cost than ever deal with blue dial again. I made a list of the watches that I was interested in, but when I came back to the website after a few weeks, I didn't see how to look up the model #'s that I had listed. So, I looked over the inventory and found a watch that I liked without comparing it to my list.	Overall Rating

I had no problems with ordering, shipping or the watch. I called their customer number to make sure some items were in stock, and I got prompt answers, which matched what was on their site. I got the watch in 2 business days, and it was sized properly. They send out a UPS tracking number so you can follow the shipment. Even though the watch was 40% cheaper than other websites, the watch came as from the factory, which is new, with the box, instructions, warranty card, extra pieces they took off to size the band, and the little pillow for the watch. It came 2nd day delivery as promised, but it must have taken two days to pack and prepare for shipment. Therefore "2nd day" is a little misleading.	Overall Rating
