The only reason they got a one from me, is there are no zeros or negative numbers. Are these BOZOs even still in business? One wonders. December 26th placed an order for an ipod accessory. No responses to my NUMEROUS requests & no product. That is funny, they didn't seem to have any issue taking my money. Take these idiots off of pricegrabber, I have read the other reviews and apparently quite a few of us are having issues. Price Grabber, can you help us? |

I realized I bought the wrong product shortly after I pressed the buy button. I emailed blueproton and they were very understanding and it was easy to cancel my order. If they treat people who actually buy products from them as well as people who cancel their orders they are undoubtedly a great seller. Thank you very much. |

I paid for the merchandise yet have not received anything. They do not post a telephone number to contact them and are slow to respond to follow up emails. Now I am forced to cancel the order and file a dispute with my credit card company. |

I ordered an iPod charger on Dec. 11. It said that many were available but on Dec. 21 I received a notice from PayPal that I was refunded the my money. I appreciated that the refund was submitted but was given no reason for the unfulfilled order and given no option for waiting for the item if needed. Not the best communication to their customers. |

I ordered some iPod equipment before Christmas. My credit card was promptly charged, but the item never arrived. I've attempted twice to contact this company, but I've received no response. I now need to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which is a big hassle from my end. BlueProton disappointed me. |

I was I going to give 4 stars but after reading blueprotons request not to comment on shipping and website I was a little off'ed because these are all events with in the customer services business and if you do not stand by such what is the point. You just lost a future customer because of your lack of customer awareness. FYI I had no issues with the product though it shipping took sometime. Don't blame the post office because you lag on getting them the package to ship. thank you :) |

I would never order from them again. They cancelled my order one week after I placed it. I never had received confirmation of my order, no updates, only a very untimely and unexplained cancellation. Very POOR!!!!!!!!! |

This was a very unsatisfactory transaction for several reasons. I ordered the item on December 8th for a Christmas gift. I paid through Paypal and the money came out immediately. However, I never received any notice of my order being placed, nor of the item being shipped or out of stock from the merchant. By December 20, I had contacted them twice via email as they have no phone number on their company website. They never responded to any emails. I suspected fraud so I filed a complaint with Paypal and Pricegrabber storefronts. Finally, the Paypal claim was able to get their attention and my money was refunded. However, to this day, I have still never been contacted by the merchant themselves. No item, no apology, just a refund thankfully through Paypal. I would not recommend them, nor shop with them ever again. Pricegrabber Storefronts and Paypal however provided excellent support. |

Would not try to buy from them again. I ordered a product that never came. None of my three emails (to various blueproton email addresses) to inquire about my order were answered. For me, a waste of time. |
