The item was listed as "in stock" and they even had a banner on the top of the page saying "Now Shipping Garmin Nuvi 750,760,770". Received an invoice right after order was placed. On November 20th, I emailed the company asking the order status but didn't receive any response. Finally called the company on the morning of November 23rd. I was told the product was not in stock and would have to wait a few more days. Since I placed an order on Monday morning (Nov. 19th), I was expecting the order to be shipped out the following afternoon or at Tuesday at the latest. If the item was not in stock, I feel they should have posted a message saying the item is not in stock. The customer service was very friendly. A+ in that department. Ease and speed of cancelling the order: A+ Wait times while on the phone: A+ Be wary of items that say are in stock but actually aren't.	Overall Rating
