BAD VENDOR. D+ Better Business rating. I would give them an F. Sent me a defective string trimmer. I tried to call them but they don't answer unless you are buying. I went to the order line and finally got a person. He transferred me back to the line with no answer and no voice mail. I Emailed them and they sent me a list of repar centers I could use. The closest one is over 30Mi away. No apology, no help, |
