After 6 days of no further information on my order, I contacted them via a "gmail" account to inquire. On 11/10, I received an email from PriceGrabber indicating that my order has been cancelled due to the item being out of stock. At the time of purchase, they had 14. On their site today, they showed 2...at a $200 bump in price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR. Absolutely unprofessional and totally unethical.	Overall Rating

What would you think. Finally after threatening to cancel the order, they contacted me that they were out of stock and would send 1 week later. I did get prompt delivery. My television arrived October 15. I could tell that my television was not BRAND NEW, the box had been opened & the syrofoam was just put in to hold the television in place. You can tell when something is BRAND NEW when the packaging is correct. Also I noticed that the television manufacture date is December 2007. You want me to believe that the television has sat in the box all that time. I will never purchase anything from them again.	Overall Rating

siavashr from IL Rating type: Seller Rating Transaction No: 1705270 View Member's: Reviews	The only issue I had to deal with was the delivery. 1) There was no only one option to choose. 2) Ordered on Oct 7 and received on Oct 20. 3) The drive who delivered it was supposed to deliver between 8:00 and 12:00, showed up at 13:50, when the person who had been waiting for the item to arrive had to leave and when the driver called and I told him that I need 5 min to find someone to come and get the item, he went off that he can't wait and he needed to reschedule!!! Wasn't sure if he was the driver who was late for an hour and a half or the CEO of the company. Bad timing, bad attitude, worst service I've ever experienced. Other than that, everything else has been fine, so far.	Overall Rating

I then asked what was the difference between the KDL 22 L 4000 and the KDL 22 L 5000 model. I was told they couldn't answer that question ! I now know why. The model I ordered was not an HD set. If I had been told that at the time I would have paid the few dollars more and ordered the HD set. I'm not at all happy with the set I received or with the way the whole transaction turned out.
