They did not disclose, at the time of purchase, their "20% Restocking Fee" if the item is returned; and they didn't even remit an invoice or receipt with the item. All in all, "brasboyz" was very UNPROFESSIONAL! I certainly will never use them again and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. brasboyz's Response: We are not to be held responsible for errors in purchasing. Also, the buyer was informed prior to returning the item of our Return Policy. If you open an item and then decide that you do not want it, you are devaluing the item. Compensation must be had because no one is going to pay full price for the item after it has been opened. Also, we have to pay canceled transaction fees.	Overall Rating
