THEY LIE, OVERCHARGE, and SCREAM AT CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE. And this is from the supervisor! I asked him if it was smart for a merchant to yell at their customers and he continued to yell at me. They overcharged more than $75 and lied about the warranty. I hope you read this in time. THESE GUYS ARE THE MOST RUDEST, LYING CROOKS I'VE EVER KNOWN!	Overall Rating

After a week of trying to get ahold of the number they said to call to "verify the order", I cancelled the order. I ordered the same camera from a reliable seller about 3 days later. I recieved both cameras on the same day. I have been calling and e-mailing them for another week now, to get the authorization code so I can return the camera, to no avail. These people are the worst kind of crooks!!!!!!	Overall Rating

I ordered a Sony Digital Camcorder but they shipped a cheap, beat-up digital camera. Then they said they would not give me a refund because "how do they know it was not me that put the wrong item in the box." After over a month of phone calls I finally got them to credit my Visa but they creditied $40 less than the original charge. I ended up disputing it with Visa. Had a discussion on this-I said "no in-store warranty, no USA warranty-I want a Nikon USA warranty" Yes,Yes,Yes Total quote was $3602 plus $236 to ship-still a bargain for USA product-ordered w/AMEX Called to confirm it had shipped & that I'd get the "three part Nikon USA warranty paperwork"- he then admits "no nikon warranty". In retrospect, I wish I had ended the communication right then. Instead, unfortunately, I ordered two lenses and allowed myself to be bullied into ordering some filters (cheap, way overpriced,unusable). When I called back they tried selling accessories at ridiculous prices. I refused all the accessories. So then they mentioned if I wanted the U.S. version it was going to be an additional $200. I won't buy from these guys again for the poor packaging alone. Look around before buying from here and if you have to, shell out the extra 20 bucks for a more reputable Photo Site. dont buy their overpriced accessories	Overall Rating

I, like many others here, received the "call to verify your order" email. What a scam! They try to sell you everything and the kitchen sink. All overpriced of course. When I refused to bite (after a good 5 minutes of sales speak), the salesperson pulled the "gray market" BS. I completely lost it at that point. Called later, asked to order same camera, was told they had in stock, then confronted them about the 14-21 says, they began lying to me. Discovered, after placing the order, that they take apart the manufacturer's package and reship the item with very cheap parts! Ordered a Canon S45 - they ship it with a battery which only lasts 20 minutes and takes only 5 pictures, as opposed to 190! Have just cancelled order - hopefully it will go through! Prices also do not reflect the PACKAGE price, only the item by itself - package price is about $50 higher! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!	Overall Rating

They told me that if I didn't like the package when it arrived I could return it, but didn't say that there was a restocking fee and shipping (based on a percentage of the sale, not weight). They sent an email saying I needed to call and confirm my order. So I called and after telling them I did not want to buy any of their over-priced accessories they simply refused to deal with me. It took me over an hour on the phone, getting put on hold, getting hung-up on, and transfered to voicemail before I was able to tell them to cancel my order!!! Do not order from Broadway Photo!!!!
