My keyboard arrived completely faulty, i.e. it didn't work with any of the computers in our house. To cut a long story short, everyone on customer service is completely inept - my return delivery code has long since run out, as no collection happened when I arranged it originally via the on-site prompts, everyone who e-mails me doesn't take a blind bit of notice of previous correspondence and they seem utterly incapable of dealing with any questions/requests. The amount of times I have been asked the same questions... it's beyond a joke. BT even cancelled the customer satisfaction survey link they sent me, as I guess they knew exactly what I'd say! It's incredibly distressing buying from an apparently reputable name and having this sort of experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! |

When I came to ordering my product I was offered two delivery options. The first option was free and would take 3 days, the second premium option was overnight and charged at £9.78. I placed an order on next day delivery and paid the premium delivery charge of £9.78. Several days later the order arrived, well outside of the delivery window communicated both on the website and confirmed via email. Naturally I complained to BT Shop by email (as it seems this is the only way) and recieved a response stating that they would refund the delivery. Some days later I checked my bank statement and noted that they had only refunded £3.91. This was not the £9.78 I expected being that the difference between the free 3 day option and overnight was £9.78. After lots of email ping pong BT still refuse to refund the whole delivery charge, they claim £3.91 is the premium part of the delivery charge. Keep well away from BT Shop and DABS, awful customer service, completely unsatisfactory |

Unable to change delivery option from 1-3 days to 5.30pm -09.00pm next evening delivery for the extra £8.50 extra charge was not an option at the check out, and I am now left with a delivery of 1 to 3 days which is not my preferred option |

when asking about delivery date the chat representative was very quick to log out and not wait to see if i had any other queries. I had a query as i thought it was 1-3 day delivery and i was told it would be delivered 10 days later....however it came within the week |

My only issue was there was no delivery date on the websites. The importance of knowing which DAY the item would be delivered would have enhanced the experience. It came within 2 days of the order so it came in good time and works fine. |

I don't like that the website collects and retains the credit card details. I cancelled the order because the expected delivery date was delayed twice. I was originally happy with 3-4 days delivery, but not with two postponements. |

(Edited January 28th by Stanhome) Ordered Samsung TV on 16th January. Advised 5-7 days delivery. Delivery date, advised by e-mail, initially quoted as 21st January but then slipped to 24th. However when checking on-line, delivery was quoted as expected on the 31st January but has just changed to 4th February. Fortunately I ordered well in advance of when I need the item delived in time for my daughters birthday so the delay is not too much of a problem, YET! Will review later this week and may cancel and order elsewhere. Really not good enough for a company of this size and stature. Update - Estimated delivery slipped again to 15th February so I cancelled the order. Other suppliers have stock so can't see why BT should have a problem obtaining theirs. |
