You should identify which credit cards you accept early in the process. Different cards frequently have different adresses your processes for changing or correcting information is poor.y. You should be taking Amex and Diners |

I've onoly used BT Shop twice, but both times the prices has been keen and the delivery free and quick. The real measure of service is remedying problems: but I haven't had any! |

easy system to negotiate all items ordered were at the lowest prices on a llke for like basis.In addition free shipping.I was a little reluctant to place an order initially because there was no merchant reviews but I am happy I went ahead and placed the order. ffs This merchant is OK if you do not have subsequent technical problems.I was given the telephone number of a private subscriber instead of the manufacturer.very embarrassing.They also took some time to answer my question. |

Somewhat involved purchasing, lack of details about the item - I had to do more research to check the specification. I would really rather not create an account every time I want to buy something. Shipping company did not tell me what time they had tried to deliver the goods, and could not provide a delivery window. |

Very clear, very easy process to place order. Really like the free delivery as well. It means the price you initially see is the actual price you pay. Some websites pile on the postage and the bargin you thought you would be getting isn't such a bargin after all. |
